Delivering Brand New Donut Lab Technology to CES Las Vegas 2026

🔋 Delivering for CES demands precision, especially when partnering with a company that is making history.  This year, we supported Donut Lab as they prepared to launch a production-ready revolution: the world’s first all-solid-state battery for mass-market electric vehicles.

Our role was to ensure that every component of their landmark showcase arrived on the Las Vegas stage perfectly synchronised and ready for reveal.

The operational challenge was twofold: collecting unique items from multiple origins and executing timed deliveries in alignment with the tight CES schedule. The exhibit cargo, consisting of several innovative and irreplaceable products, originated from different partner facilities and production sites across the UK and Europe. Each component followed its own timeline, requiring carefully sequenced collections throughout the busy holiday season. We integrated these staggered pickups into a cohesive plan, ensuring everything converged for timely departure and arrival.

We managed international road freight from each origin, aligned shipments with dedicated air cargo, and streamlined U.S. customs clearance. Every move was scheduled against the immovable deadline of the show.

By navigating this complex, multi-origin and multi-timeline project, we enabled Donut Lab to focus entirely on their historic announcement—proving that the next generation of electric mobility is not just promised, but here.
