Salon Privé 2026 at the Royal Hospital Chelsea did not disappoint with an amazing array of cars and OEMs. It was a fantastic opportunity to spend time with clients and friends, have some great conversations, and enjoy the brilliant atmosphere of the event.

Mud, Sand, and Logistics Done Right! 🚙💨🇲🇦 We were thrilled to sponsor the 25th Edition of the  Maroc Challenge  (Spring 2026) and bring this bespoke Porsche Cayenne to Morocco for the event! Torrential rains turned the usual sandy tracks into a grueling test of mud, flooded river crossings, and relentless dunes.

We were on the ground at Paris Expo for the 50th-anniversary edition of Rétromobile — surrounded by some of the world’s most significant collector cars under one roof.  A great day visiting the Ultimate Supercar Garage and catching up with clients. Different eras, different owners, different destinations — but they share an invisible layer: specialist logistics.

🔋 Delivering for CES demands precision, especially when partnering with a company that is making history.  This year, we supported  Donut Lab  as they prepared to launch a production-ready revolution: the world’s first all-solid-state battery for mass-market electric vehicles. Our role was to ensure that every component of their landmark showcase arrived on the Las Vegas stage perfectly synchronised and ready for reveal. The operational challenge was twofold: collecting unique items from multiple origins and executing timed deliveries in alignment with the tight CES schedule. The exhibit cargo, consisting of several innovative and irreplaceable products, originated from different partner facilities and production sites across the UK and Europe. Each component followed its own timeline, requiring carefully sequenced collections throughout the busy holiday season. We integrated these staggered pickups into a cohesive plan, ensuring everything converged for timely departure and arrival. We managed international road freight from each origin, aligned shipments with dedicated air cargo, and streamlined U.S. customs clearance. Every move was scheduled against the immovable deadline of the show. By navigating this complex, multi-origin and multi-timeline project, we enabled Donut Lab to focus entirely on their historic announcement—proving that the next generation of electric mobility is not just promised, but here. “Pro-Logist expertly managed the collection of our equipment from various European sites under an extremely tight schedule. To kick off 2026 we are proud to announce that we have been working closely with  Longbow  for the movement and delivery of their Speedster Dynamic Aesthetic Demonstrator EV to California.  Delivering an early-stage electric vehicle requires careful coordination between engineering, compliance, and logistics teams — and this project was no exception. Prototype EVs present unique considerations: • Accurate dangerous-goods classification, • Tailored battery handling and documentation, and Packaging and routing built around the characteristics of the specific vehicle. Our role was to support Longbow through each of these steps, aligning operational requirements with the technical specifications of the Speedster. The collaborative approach from their engineering and operations teams made the process efficient and well-structured from start to finish. We are incredibly proud to have transported two stunning Range Rover Classics for the legendary  KINGSLEY CARS , one of the world's most renowned restorers of Range Rovers and Defenders, to the inaugural Royal Bahrain Concours. It was a privilege for our team to handle the logistics for such beautiful, high-value vehicles. Due to the value and craftsmanship of the  KINGSLEY CARS , they went through private security screening with enhanced safety measures and were subsequently air-freighted to Bahrain. They were received by one of the best car transport specialists in the country and delivered to the Royal Palace before attending the two-day luxury Royal Concours of Bahrain, showcasing a curated collection of the world's rarest and most significant collector cars. The last few days were a masterclass in good vibes: stunning cars and epic roads through California, Arizona, and Nevada at the  OutrunRally . Our team was over the moon to handle the logistics, shipping some of these beauties all the way from Europe and the UK.  Seeing them finally hit the open road in the States made all the hard work worth it. A huge shoutout to the organisers and all the amazing drivers. It was an absolute pleasure to be your logistics partner and be part of such an incredible community.

Following its unveiling at this summer’s Goodwood Festival of Speed , we had the honour of transporting one of only three privately owned  Praga  Bohema hypercars from Rotterdam to Los Angeles. This stunning hypercar is now gracing the iconic  Petersen Automotive Museum  before joining the eagerly anticipated  hashtag#OutRunRally  later in October. Shipping a vehicle of this rarity and significance demands meticulous planning and expertise. We navigated a complex web of international logistics, managing four specialised customs formalities. The car was sent on a direct flight LHR to SFO seamlessly managed by our wonderful partners  Virgin Atlantic Cargo  and  dnata  and collected by our US partner  JP Logistics . It was a true pleasure to coordinate this epic journey. A special thank you to the fantastic team at  Praga  for their invaluable support and close collaboration throughout the entire process. We were truly honoured by the trust placed in us, and the feedback from the client made it all the more rewarding: "Thank you for everything. The  Concours of Elegance  at Hampton Court Palace truly delivered, serving up a spectacular event. Imagine a gathering of the world's most exquisite classic cars, all primped and polished, set against the breathtaking backdrop of  Hampton Court Palace  – and with the sun shining, it was just pure automotive bliss. Even the car park was a show in itself! We saw some fantastic cars, including a beautiful Maserati Ghibli—it was almost like a second Concours! For us at  Pro-Logist , as a company that specialises in the logistics of high-value and classic cars—from timeless petrol engines to unique electric conversion projects—it’s always a treat to see these automotive masterpieces in their element. It was also a fantastic opportunity to catch up with clients and friends in the industry, sharing our mutual passion for these incredible machines.

Salon Privé  Blenheim Palace was back this summer and celebrated its 20th anniversary! 🍾 🏎️  Despite the unpredictable weather, the event's setup provided shelter under beautiful canopies where guests sipped on Churchill's favorite champagne and admired stunning cars, making for a fantastic start. We were especially honoured to bring one of the rarest and undoubtedly most beautiful Aston Martins in the world to the Concours for one of our esteemed clients. This remarkable vehicle is one of only two "special-bodied" Aston Martin DB4 convertible SS ever produced in Caribbean Blue Pearl, which, coincidentally, is also our company colour and we love it.

What an unforgettable week under the California sun ☀️ which came to a spectacular close with the legendary  Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance   We were incredibly proud to see the results of months of our hard work.  Already counting down the days to next year! 🚗🌴☀️
